DuBOIS, Pa. — The COVID-19 pandemic has made it even more important for all businesses to watch for, and competently apply for, local, state and federal grants to help keep their business alive. Penn State DuBois Continuing Education and the North Central PA LaunchBox have partnered to provide this basic grant writing training. Antira has developed patented stem cell therapies that target wound care applications.
